At GiftsWallah, we want you to have the best shopping experience. We carefully check and pack every order before dispatch. However, if you face any issue with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during delivery.

  • Wrong product received.

  • Product has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images/videos of the product and packaging

  • Reason for return

After verification, we will guide you through the return process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized/personalized gifts (photo frames, mugs, keychains, personalized products, etc.)

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Products without original packaging

  • Used products

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received/verified, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

For prepaid orders, if the return is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment source.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped.

Customized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for images/videos to verify the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
